Review of Alexander A. Galushkin monograph "Questions of citizenship and migration in Russian Federation at a turn of centuries (1991-2011)"

Abstract: 

Current review is presented by Vasiliy O. Mironov on the monograph of Alexander A. Galushkin "Questions of citizenship and migration in Russian Federation at a turn of centuries (1991-2011)". Reviewer concludes that author of the monograph adequately researched subject of the study. Content of the monograph is concise and thematic, diverse literature on the studied subjects is used, legislative work of parliament is considered. Structure and content of study is critically examined, on one side main purpose of the monograph is to examine mechanisms of migration and citizenship legislative regulation in Russian Federation, on the other hand author attempts to conduct interdisciplinary research. In the final part of the review reviewer concludes that this monograph deserves a positive assessment and made comments are of the scientific debate nature.
