Problems of Freedom of Worship in Political Institutionalization

Abstract: 

In the article analysis of the process of building a theoretical and legal model of freedom of religion is presented. The main stages of policy design institute of the freedom for conscience in historical development, which are being gradually implemented a system of political regulation of inter-religious relations: geographical separation of people of different religious beliefs, protection of religious minorities in the state with an overwhelming majority of ethnic or religious, right to freedom of conscience and religion realization. International protection of religious freedom, in turn, can be implemented within the next ideological paradigms: state policy of religious coercion is unacceptable due to the fact that it cannot be reconciled with the Christian idea of free will, state secularism, often imposed, there is only one alternative to traditional religiosity, recognition equality of all existing religious systems.
