European Experience of Counteraction to Extremism

Abstract: 

Above article is devoted to the investigation of the European countries experiences in the field of fight against extremism. It is proposed to understand under the extremism actions of organizations and groups, if such actions are applied to achieve ideological, political and social goals with the use of psychological and other effects, if such actions entail causing moral, physical and other damage to the ideological opponents and other citizens and their associations and society in general, based on the principles of intolerance to any dissent, psychological impact on the public consciousness for the implementation of ideological extremist, achieve their goals by any means, including all existing forms of violence, including terrorism, and open armed confrontation for the conquest of political power and to change the existing state system. These problems are studied on the example of the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, France, Italy and Spain.
